Job Title: Mortgage Financing Specialist

We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to fill the role of mortgage financing specialist.

As a mortgage financing specialist, you will be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline of residential lending clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure tailored loan solutions and present strategic advice to clients.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Utilize industry tools and systems to drive efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Stay current with credit policies, compliance, and market shifts.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in mortgage broking or lending advisory.
  • Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred).
  • Knowledge of lender policy and structuring across residential lending.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable using CRMs and digital loan platforms.
