Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Category Development Analyst to collaborate closely with our Senior Category Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Manager in managing shopper research & space projects
  • Develop space recommendations that deliver to both category and shopper strategies
  • Participate in the development of key shopper and macro space principles through space projects
  • Partner with Category Managers & Sales to act as a Space SME in customer engagement sessions, range reviews, and space projects

Requirements

  • Data driven and analytical with a curiosity to ask questions and understand the why
  • Ability to think critically and excel in fast-paced environments
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to influence internally and externally
  • Presentation skills - verbal and visual
  • Experience with range and space tools like Blue Yonder highly regarded
