Job Title: Senior Manager, Category Management

This role leads the creation and execution of category strategies and range plans for the market. The Senior Manager, Category Management will partner with the Director to develop winning category strategies for a Business Unit.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop winning category strategies for a Business Unit.
  • Validate category ranges against country architecture and market needs.
  • Leverage deep understanding of the market landscape from both customer and consumer perspectives.
  • Lead and inspire direct reports across multiple categories.
  • Build strong relationships with other BU's, advocating for local market needs.
KPI's:
  • Category Sales growth
  • Net and Gross Margin performance
  • Sell-out rates
  • Range segmentation compliance
  • Price corridor adherence
Key Skills And Abilities:
  • Proven experience in marketing, merchandising, category management/planning or retail.
  • Influential leadership skills with the ability to align stakeholders.
  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities; advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint proficiency.
