This position oversees the entire occupant and guest experience within a Sydney workplace while coordinating consistent human-centric experiences across all locations.

The role places human experience at the core of all service delivery, focusing on human-centric and engagement-driven workplaces. This includes team management, site operations, service contracts, sourcing, procurement, and financial decisions that prioritize customer delight, safety, inclusivity, sustainability, and social responsibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, facility management, hospitality, or experience design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with natural hospitality-oriented acumen.
  • Proven ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with human-centered design methodologies.
