Senior HR Manager

We are looking for a skilled Senior HR Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in HR, from an industrial background.

The successful applicant will create and implement the HR roadmap with strong support from the central Group HR, driving business growth in several markets.

This is a standalone role requiring expertise in both strategic and operational/hands-on aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement change culture and mindset
  • Work effectively in a matrix environment at local, regional and group levels
  • Provide expert HR support in HSE and Quality aspects
  • Liaise and communicate with all management lines
  • Display influential and collaborative leadership
  • Manage Talent Management (full employee cycle) and Employer Branding
  • Drive CSR initiatives
  • Adapt and implement processes and policies with a pragmatic approach
