**Sales Growth Strategist Wanted**

Our company creates technologies that help keep people safe. We're looking for a Sales Growth Strategist to execute and further develop our video sales growth strategy.

The role involves managing channel partners, system integrators and dealers, and proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Execute and further develop video sales growth strategy
  • Manage network of channel partners, including setting goals and metrics
  • Proactive specification prescription to consultants and developers
  • Organize product demonstrations and trainings
  • Maintain accurate project database and pipeline
  • Liaise between manufacturer and channel partners
  • Engage customers by finding their needs and resolving complaints

**Essential Skills:**

  • Strong skills with channel management
  • Good knowledge of video surveillance solution offerings
  • Proven track record with video and integrated security solutions sales
  • Excellent problem solving and organization skills

**Requirements:**

  • At least 8 years of experience in sales capacity in Security, IT or Telecom industry
  • Degree and/or equivalent in engineering, sales and marketing or relevant industry and commercial experience

**Travel Requirements:** Over 50%
