At Salt Recruitment, we're seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that drive new customer acquisition and increased engagement with current customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage all aspects of events, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
  • Develop and execute event strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
  • Execute virtual events using our software platform, and manage Q&A, and audience interaction.
  • Utilise data and analytics to measure the success of events and make data-driven decisions for future events.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years in event planning and execution.
  • Experience with ON24 or similar platforms for virtual events.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or relevant experience in this field.
