Leadership Role for Strategic Financial Planning

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to drive business growth and steer our finance function towards strategic objectives.

About the Position

  • Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive financial strategies to support long-term business goals
  • Lead all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to inform key business decisions
  • Oversee the preparation and review of P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and execute plans that drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing finance team to achieve excellence in financial management and reporting

Key Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will be CA or CPA qualified with extensive commercial accounting experience. A background or interest in the livestock sector is highly regarded, as the role involves monitoring industry trends and advising on business performance.
