Job Summary

This role involves coordinating facility management services at various sites.

Key responsibilities include ensuring statutory maintenance is provided and measured, monitoring completion of planned maintenance, delivering services in accordance with the agreed scope and quality, and managing financial performance against budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely provision of maintenance services to all sites.
  • Monitor progress of planned maintenance work.
  • Deliver high-quality services as per agreed upon scope.
  • Manage costs through effective planning and contractor management.
  • Provide leadership to contractors on site.
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee financial performance and provide forecasts for upcoming works.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a similar role with diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of cost planning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic environment.
  • Current driver's license.
