About the Role

This position plays a vital role in supporting the City Transport team to deliver safe, efficient, and responsive transport services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating traffic management permits, responding to public inquiries, and analysing data to support operational decisions and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and issue permits for traffic management and parking exemptions.
  • Respond to public inquiries and assess requests related to traffic signage, line marking, and residential parking permits.
  • Collect and analyse traffic and movement data to support strategic planning and customer service responses.
Requirements
  • A strong focus on delivering high-quality service in a dynamic transport environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to prepare clear, concise documentation and reports.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Benefits
