The role of Head of Special Education Services is a key position that requires experienced professionals to lead and manage high-quality advice and support for students with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate high-quality advice and support from Special Education Programs.
- Lead and manage these programs, providing advice to classroom teachers for students with disabilities as needed.
- Offer high-quality advice to school leadership and staff to plan and implement reasonable adjustments for students with disabilities.
- Coordinate and provide targeted teaching for students needing intervention.
- Provide and coordinate case management for students requiring significant adjustments.
- Support staff in accessing specialist services and professional development.
- Engage in school decision-making and professional development to contribute to school goals and vision.
- Implement and manage school-wide systems to monitor and record data on students with disabilities.
- Form partnerships with parents, government agencies, and community groups to support students with disabilities.
Applicants should possess strong leadership skills, experience in special education, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
