About the role

Evolve Early Education is seeking experienced and passionate Qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our dynamic team at our service in Rural View, Queensland. This is a part-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children in a supportive and nurturing environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality educational and care programs that support the holistic development of children
  • Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities and experiences that foster children's learning and growth
  • Observing and documenting children's progress to inform individualised learning plans
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment
  • Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers to build strong partnerships
  • Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the continuous improvement of our centre

What we're looking for

  • Relevant Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Qualification or working towards
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within the childcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • A deep understanding of child development, early learning frameworks and best practices in early childhood education
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • A genuine passion for nurturing and supporting the growth and wellbeing of young children
