At Green Leaves Early Learning, our unique National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) program demonstrates our commitment to supporting our team members both personally and professionally. As a Lead Educator, you will be provided with various learning and development opportunities, including:

- Participation in The Creative Collection Arts and Materials with Children training program (delivered by Kelly Goodsir and Kirsty Liljegren)

- The opportunity to apply for and participate in our exclusive New Zealand Study Tour

Additionally, you will be supported daily by the Centre Educational Leader. Your role will focus on fostering a nurturing environment centered around the image of a child, encouraging creativity and curiosity through well-resourced and thoughtfully planned activities.

Ideally, you will hold:
- A strong focus on the Image of Child
- Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards in curriculum and documentation
- An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma within 3 months)
- A current Working with Children's Check relevant to your state
- Additional Child Protection Training (CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002, or CHCECE057) or willingness to obtain before starting
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates, or willingness to acquire
