Additionally, you will be supported daily by the Centre Educational Leader. Your role will focus on fostering a nurturing environment centered around the image of a child, encouraging creativity and curiosity through well-resourced and thoughtfully planned activities.

Ideally, you will hold:

  • A strong focus on the Image of Child
  • Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards in curriculum and documentation
  • An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma within 3 months)
  • A current Working with Children's Check relevant to your state
  • Additional Child Protection Training (CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002, or CHCECE057) or willingness to obtain before starting
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates, or willingness to acquire
