Job Overview

Clinical Nurses play a vital role in delivering mental health care services within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network. This exciting opportunity will see you lead and provide mental health nursing care in a variety of settings, utilizing your expertise to promote recovery-oriented consumer support.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to assess individual consumers' needs, plan, implement, and coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options.
  • As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for medication management/education for consumers, applying evidence-based guidelines to achieve agreed consumer care outcomes.

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrated competence in a community setting is essential for this role.
  • You should possess experience and skills in assessment, planning care, evaluation of care, and counseling.
  • Basic computing skills are necessary, as well as experience working in various mental health clinical settings.
