Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of student financial records, including fee payments, refunds, and debt reconciliation.
- Financial Transaction Processing: Process invoices, generate fee templates, and apply manual transactions within our student management system.
- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to students, faculty, and staff members, responding to their financial inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to enhance the student experience, ensuring seamless financial transactions and efficient communication.
- Education: Completion of a VET or HE degree (desired).
- Experience: Experience in an administrative or customer service role (desired).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with students, faculty, and staff.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and written skills when maintaining student records and processing financial transactions.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the wider team, including Student Onboarding, Student Support, and Compliance.
