Job Title: Student Systems Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Student Systems Support Officer to join our team at the Australian Catholic University.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the student system, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Investigate and resolve user problems and system issues.
  • Assist the Manager and Team Leader in the maintenance and running of programs to meet user needs.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of system modifications, including testing and deployment.
  • Undertake maintenance of system reference and validation tables.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Student Systems Operations team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality student systems support services.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary package, including a salary component of $89,881 - $96,546 (pro rata) pa, employer contribution to superannuation, and annual leave loading.
  • 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
  • Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
  • Access to generous benefits, including flexible work, study leave, a variety of leave provisions, and salary packaging.
