Curriculum Development Opportunities



The Department of Education, Western Australia invites experienced educators to apply for a challenging and rewarding role within the Statewide Services division.



The successful applicant will work in a dynamic team to develop and implement strategies, tools, and resources that strengthen the capability of public schools and the profession.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of specialist teaching and learning support aligned to the Department's strategic directions.
  • Support schools and education regions through the development and implementation of whole-school approaches, including teaching and learning, particularly in relation to consent and respectful relationships education.
  • Consult and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to build quality, system-wide supports that improve student engagement and achievement.
  • Contribute to the provision of subject matter expertise to assist in the development and delivery of professional learning resources.
