Job Overview

Our organization is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to play a crucial part in its growth as we expand and scale.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships, have exceptional interpersonal skills, and be able to think creatively. Experience working with SaaS organizations, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for prospecting and communicating with potential customers every day. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting, identifying, initiating, developing, and nurturing business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts.
  • Performing timely outbound calls and engaging in other forms of communication (email, etc.) to prospect new opportunities.
  • Identifying key decision-makers, determining buying readiness, and timelines.
  • Capturing and managing information/data/metrics in our CRM system.
  • Attending trade shows, events, and conferences.
  • Networking with Market influencers, Consultants, and Partners.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range from $50,000 - 80,500 per annum, plus a variable component based on achievement of target. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including company share options, hybrid working, and work-from-home allowance.
