About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Partner to lead our Human Resources function and support our next phase of growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the HR function from the ground up in a high-performing business that values collaboration, people connections, and continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Performance and development reviews
  • Recruitment and workforce planning
  • HR systems and compliance
  • Payroll coordination (with external support initially, and a view to bringing in-house)
  • Coaching and capability building
  • Workers' compensation and WHS support
  • Engagement and cultural initiatives

About You

  • Around 5–6 years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • Confident partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Experience across recruitment, systems, and compliance
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, agile mindset and desire to step into a Head of HR role in the next 18–24 months
  • Experience in design, construction, or similar industries
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms
