Job Title: Regional Business Partner

An accomplished and results-driven professional is sought to fulfill the role of Regional Business Partner. This key position entails serving as a trusted advisor and coach for the franchise network, providing expert guidance and support to enhance business operations and performance across the region.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a keen eye for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Performance & Growth: Conduct regular business reviews, prepare comprehensive reports, and identify actionable strategies to drive sales and profit growth.
  • Franchise & Partner Relationships: Develop trust-based relationships with franchise partners and key stakeholders, delivering impactful store visits and tailored business development plans.
  • Operational Excellence: Regularly visit stores, evaluate performance, and provide timely feedback to improve execution, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Training & Development: Lead onboarding and training initiatives for new franchise partners and store teams, ensuring they are engaged and equipped to execute promotions effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute operational projects and initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Social Mission & Community Engagement: Champion the company's social mission by implementing agreed-upon programs and fostering meaningful connections with local communities.
Work Environment:

This role requires frequent travel, including interstate and international assignments. The successful candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and extended shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

Highly motivated and ambitious professionals who value continuous learning and growth are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in food and beverage operations or franchise management is advantageous but not necessary.
