As a key team member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless facility operations.

The Facility and EH&S Officer is responsible for maintaining the health and safety of employees and adhering to regulatory standards.

  • Coordinate and execute daily logistics duties and operations
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and handling of parts and consumables
  • Research and identify new vendors, OEMs, repair service providers, and contractors
  • Process purchasing requisitions for parts and materials
  • Monitor and manage spares stock and availability, coordinate and follow up on repairs
  • Conduct inventory checks, transaction verification, and provide variance reports
  • Ensure adherence to established CMS (FSTD manual)
  • Evaluate applicability and manage implementation of simulator FSB's
  • Provide support and guidance to local teams in implementing CAE Global EH&S programs and initiatives
  • Conduct audits and inspections related to EHS for all CAE sites

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of EH&S principles and regulations.
