Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in Aviation Ramp Services
  • Maintained knowledge and proficiency
  • Ability to meet the skill level and perform job functions of an Aviation Security Agent (ASA)
  • Familiarity with Australian aviation regulations, airport operations, and airline policies
  • Comprehensive understanding of client airline handling manuals, dangerous goods, security, and emergency response procedures
  • Proficient in utilizing IT solutions
  • Strong verbal reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership, coaching, and motivation
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with sound judgement and reasoning
  • Self-driven with initiative, motivation, and the ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrated personal qualities such as adaptability, flexibility, and commitment
  • High-level administrative, planning, time management, and organizational skills
