Job Title: Airport Operations LeaderRole Overview

This leadership position involves overseeing airport ground operations for a leading airline. As the leader of the ground operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operational delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategize and implement commercial and operational plans to drive results with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with external partners and airport authorities to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Manage operational performance against contractual KPIs independently or in conjunction with a Commercial Partnerships Manager.
  • Effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Respond to business risks including safety incidents, on-time performance, business resilience and customer service requirements.
Perth Specific Requirements
  • Oversight and responsibility for all ground operations at Perth Airport.
  • Negotiate key stakeholder relationships and represent the airline at relevant forums.
  • Lead projects to ensure operational requirements are met during new aircraft implementation.
  • Develop and embed business continuity strategies to minimize disruptions during significant events.
