Requirements

  • Ability to work sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, respecting traditional cultures and values.
  • Strong passion and drive for helping people find sustainable and meaningful employment.
  • Collaborative interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive client and partnership relationships.
  • Ability to effectively screen and refer customers to relevant job opportunities and advocate for customers directly to employers.
  • Ability to work hard and achieve clearly defined KPIs.
  • Current "C" Class Driver's Licence valid in South Australia.
