- Ability to effectively screen and refer customers to relevant job opportunities, and advocate for customers directly to employers.

- Able to use a computer (Word, Outlook, Excel) and have a good typing speed.
- Able to show strong administration skills, experience with data entry, and ability to utilise CRM systems.
- Understands the importance for attention to detail, able to work under pressure and display effective time management skills.
- Current "C" Class Driver's Licence valid in South Australia.
