About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our operations in the Pacific region. As Vice-President Operations for Pacific, Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems, you will be responsible for managing our luxury hotels in Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, and hospitality advisors to drive business growth and development.
  • Establish and achieve financial, reputation, and compliance goals for our hotels, ensuring regular reporting and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and implement business strategy planning to reflect the short, medium, and long-term goals of our luxury brands in the Pacific region.
  • Oversee operational strategic project development, from conception to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and results.
  • Represent our luxury brands at regional events, develop partnerships, and enhance visibility in accordance with our brand objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in hospitality operations on a regional role in Pacific, with a minimum of 10 years as a hotel General Manager in the Pacific region.
  • Proven track record of leadership, with a strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Ability to manage complexity and operate with a high level of autonomy.
