We are seeking highly skilled ServiceNow developers to join our team.

ServiceNow Developer

Job Description:

As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for various modules (SPM, ITSM etc.) to meet business requirements.

You will customise and configure ServiceNow platform features including workflows, forms and business rules to ensure high-quality, efficient solutions.

Collaboration with project managers, business analysts and stakeholders is key to ensuring solutions align with business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions for multiple business modules.
  • Configure and customise ServiceNow features to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and manage integrations using RESTful APIs, IntegrationHub and other tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the ServiceNow platform operates smoothly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow development and configuration of ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting and workflow design.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and web services.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow best practices and ITSM framework.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
