We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team as a Senior Field Services Engineer. This role involves providing technical support to our business imaging customers, ensuring their printer fleets are properly maintained and upgraded.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Providing reactive and proactive servicing to our customers' printers and related equipment;">
  • Upgrading software and firmware as required;">
  • Maintaining network connectivity and installing hardware and software in line with established call procedures;">
  • Carrying out other tasks as requested by supervisors or task management;">
  • BUILDING PRODUCTIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS;">
  • Actively assisting other staff members to achieve individual and branch targets;">
  • Keeping up-to-date with current technologies and training, including technical compliance;">
  • Contributing to personal development through knowledge sharing with colleagues;">
  • Supporting Canon regional and/or remote customers on an ad hoc basis to meet business obligations.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience as a printer or photocopier technician with exposure to repairing both hardware and software issues in the field;">
  • An exceptional customer-facing skills set;">
  • Industry experience in a similar role would be highly preferred;">
  • A valid driver's license is a key requirement for this position.">
