Job Description

As an organisational development specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping employee experience and culture within our organisation.

This strategic position has become available due to internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to supporting career growth and development.

You will design and deliver initiatives that strengthen leadership, engagement, and organisational capability; fostering an environment where employees feel connected, supported, and inspired.

  • Develop and deliver employee engagement and Voice of Employee programs
  • Lead onboarding, EVP, recognition, and reward initiatives
  • Coordinate and deliver employee events, leadership days, and celebrations
  • Design leadership and capability-building programs to grow internal talent
  • Support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) programs and embed inclusive practices across the organisation
  • Manage key organisational development and change projects

About You

You are a results-driven OD professional who thrives on creating programmes that make a tangible impact.

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and you're passionate about building workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and empowered.

  • 3+ years' experience in Organisational Development, Employee Experience, or Learning and Development
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or Organisational Psychology
  • Experience designing and delivering EX and leadership programmes
  • Event planning and coordination experience (e.g. recognition events, leadership days)
  • Strong project and change management skills
  • Able to analyse data and translate insights into practical solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
