Job Description

The Strategic Capacity Planner plays a key role in supporting the delivery enablement of our Technology, Digital and Data roadmap. This position is responsible for coordinating resource and technology capacity planning, identifying risks, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date capacity planning views.

This specialist will coordinate and own the resource and technology capacity planning view aligned to roadmap delivery for both in-flight and pipeline initiatives.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including VMO, PMO, platform managers, and resource managers, to ensure accurate and up-to-date capacity planning views.

The successful candidate will also create and distribute relevant updates on the planning view to key stakeholders as needed.

In addition, this role will involve assessing and creating high-level sequenced schedules for pipeline initiatives as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the media or technology industries (or equivalent experience).
  • Project management or PMO familiarity is highly valued.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts and frameworks.
