Strategic Merchandise Planner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Merchandise Planner to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive merchandise planning strategies to maximise sales and profit across 200+ stores and online platforms.
- Designing and executing merchandising initiatives to drive business growth and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including buyers and planners, to ensure effective stock flow and inventory management.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Over 10 years of experience in merchandise planning, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry.
- Advanced skills in Excel and planning systems, with a proven ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and collaboration abilities, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A detail-oriented and proactive mindset that thrives in fast-paced retail environments.
