Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic IT Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and governance of IT initiatives, including leading the annualised IT roadmap, delivery & capacity management, and IT resourcing plan.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of delivering major programmes and portfolios along with leading transformational improvements. You will work closely with various delivery teams (IT and Non-IT) to understand the roadmap's critical path and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the overall IT roadmap / plan.
  • Reporting on the consolidated IT roadmap from individual domains.
  • Ensuring roadmap sequencing between different IT domains and Network/Fibre team does not cause conflicts.
  • Assessing the impact of change to the programme roadmap.
  • Working with Architecture and technical team to understand & manage technical delivery dependencies.
  • Managing the IT roadmap to support benefits realisation plan.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
