Pay Rate  :   AUD 100 including super per hour

Hours of Work  :   35 hrs / week

Location  :   Bankstown NSW 2200

MUST HAVE : Town Planner / Planning technical

Essential Skills and Experience

Senior Strategic Planner (Technical)

The position works in a fast paced environment with strategic planning and State Significant development projects underway with both short and longer term timeframes. This role requires a highly competent and experienced town planner to hit the ground running.

Qualifications and/or experience relevant to position

- Degree in town planning, urban design or other relevant profession

- Experience in both government and consultancy desirable

- Hybrid office/WFH arrangement available

Skills :-

Experience in Town Planning specifically preparing and assessing planning proposals

Experience in preparing and negotiating planning agreements

Experience in preparation of development control plans

Competent in preparing and giving presentations to internal and external stakeholders, taking meeting minutes and other administrative tasks expected from the role
