Early Learning and Care Team Leader

The Assistant Director plays a pivotal role in supporting the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver exceptional early learning and care.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Centre Director to drive leadership of the team in providing high-quality early learning and care.
- Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team.
- Take overall charge of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
This centre offers 119 places and is conveniently located in a residential area, close to local schools, shops, and transport.
