Lead Educational Change in Early Learning

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Educational Leader. This key role will involve leading change, championing practice uplift and excellence, and guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

  • This is a mid-senior level position, requiring a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • As an Educational Leader, you will collaborate with educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs offered to children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging educators to reflect on their practice and identify areas for growth.
  • Build strong relationships with centre leadership, educators, and families to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of early childhood education and care policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
