About the Role:
Northern Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Medical Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent medical care to patients across various specialties, including acute general surgery, aged care, cardiology, emergency medicine, and more. They will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Medical registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Undergraduate medical qualification as a first degree
- At least two years of postgraduate hospital experience in Australia or New Zealand
- A relevant employment visa if not an Australian resident
