Midwifery Career Advancement Opportunity at Northern Health

About the Role:
Northern Health is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to advance their career with the Graduate Diploma of Midwifery at Kilmore District Hospital in 2025. This is a fixed-term part-time position, working 48 hours per fortnight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the postnatal ward, antenatal clinic, and birth suite
- Work collaboratively with the obstetrics and gynaecology, social work, Koori maternity services, perinatal mental health, and physio teams
- Support breastfeeding and mother-crafting

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current National Police History Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Registered Nurse as per APHRA registration
- Recent acute medical/surgical experience (minimum 12 months, preferable 2 years)
