Job Opportunity: Data and Administration Officer

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting government reporting requirements and contributing to the successful delivery of Branch priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake administrative activities, coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders, and oversee system access.
  • Contribute to discrete projects that support Branch priorities, working collaboratively with multiple teams and locations.
  • Develop and implement reporting systems that enhance data capture, analysis, and oversight across various portfolio areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate strong data, digital, and technological literacy.
  • Understand the operational environment and work effectively, responding to changes, implementing responses, and providing analyses to support decision making.
  • Have an understanding and awareness of key issues impacting Corrections Victoria, particularly within rehabilitation and reintegration programs and services.
  • No relevant tertiary qualification is required, but experience in a related field is highly desirable.

Benefits:

  • Fixed-term contract until 30 June 2026.
  • VPS3 salary: $79,122 to $96,073 plus superannuation.
