Medical Governance Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Governance Coordinator to coordinate and manage the submission process for clinical trials. This role will ensure compliance with ethics and governance related components, meeting local ICH-GCP guidelines, requirements of human research/ethics offices and sponsoring companies.
- The successful candidate will lead the review and management of detailed documents containing scientific information and carefully monitor the status and progression of concurrent submissions.
- You will also be responsible for coordinating closely with Research teams (Study Coordinators, Principal Investigators, and Research Unit Managers) at Clinical Research Sites, as well as with staff from Human Research Ethics Committees and Research Governance Offices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 12 months' experience in a medical or related administrative role.
- Demonstrated experience in the coordination and/or review of Human research ethics applications would be highly advantageous.
- Tertiary qualification in Health, Life Sciences, or other related qualifications, with a sound working knowledge of medical terminology/scientific language.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills.
