We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Analyst to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal role in delivering data-driven insights that inform strategic marketing and communication decisions.

You will work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver research projects, analyse performance, and provide actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage continuous data sources including agency management and reporting.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer behaviour, usage, attitudes, and retail data.
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Nielsen Discover.
  • Evaluate and ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control.
  • Measure and report on marketing program performance.
  • Manage content on the consumer insights portal, including creating engaging summaries and assets.
  • Share insights internally and externally, supporting stakeholder engagement.
  • Support marketing strategies with insight-driven analysis and category overview reports.
About You:
  • A tertiary qualification in Business or a related field is required.
  • 2+ years' experience in consumer or shopper data analysis and reporting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  • An understanding of marketing and category management principles is necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills are crucial.
  • Experience working with grocery or category tracking tools is highly regarded.
  • A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to team culture is expected.
