This is a Professional Not for Profit Membership Association that provides and supports its members with continual education, networking opportunities, events, key industry information, and advice.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the website management, SEO and SEM, and reporting and analysis for the organisation, with a focus on delivering a high-quality user experience, whilst supporting the objective to have a digital-first approach. As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with multiple teams across the organisation and manage various external stakeholder relationships.

**About the Person**

You will have preferable experience in a marketing role with a strong digital focus on website optimisation, customer journeys, user experience, and SEO & SEM.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Lead the optimisation, improvements, planning, and projects of the website
- Implement content updates to the website across the business eg. blog updates, copy changes, event webpages, etc
- Drive SEO and SEM by implementing and managing organic and paid search campaigns
- Work across the organisation to develop excellent user journeys and touchpoints
- Manage and lead the marketing reporting and analytics across the website and other marketing functions
- Manage internal and external stakeholders including agencies
- Oversee the budget for website development

- Experience in a marketing role focused on optimisation of websites or customer journeys
- Confidence and strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
- A can-do attitude, high-level of initiative & team player
- Driven-goal orientated with a strong work ethic
- An open, collaborative, and inclusive working style
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels and externally
- Experience reporting on and analysing data, Google Analytics, and other marketing systems
