**Overview**:
We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing data-driven marketing strategies that ensure our brand stands out in the competitive real estate market. You will collaborate closely with sales, project, and relationship management teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Strategy Development**: Create and implement marketing plans that align with our business objectives, focusing on brand growth, market visibility, and client engagement.

**Content Creation**: Develop high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials, to engage and inform our target audience.

**Campaign Execution & Analysis**: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, optimizing ROI through data-driven insights and continuous refinement.

**Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and assess our competitive positioning within the real estate industry.

**Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, and team members.

**Event Planning & Execution**: Organize and manage events, workshops, and seminars to promote our services and engage with stakeholders.

**Brand Management**: Enhance brand visibility and reputation through consistent messaging, social media engagement, and local community outreach.

**Ideal Attributes**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the property sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong data analysis skills to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Driver’s license is required.
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary package (AU$85,000 to $90,000 + super).
- Full-time, permanent position in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
