We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to contribute to our team in Darwin.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering engineering solutions that meet client project requirements.
  • Reviewing and preparing engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure their needs align with project requirements.
  • Coordinating with external consultants to incorporate engineering inputs into designs.
  • Effectively undertaking engineering design in a computer-aided design environment.
  • Conducting internal audits of our business management system and ensuring design and drafting standards are maintained.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil / Structural Engineering.
  • Preferably 5-10 years industry relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and external consultants.
  • High level ability to understand complex engineering challenges and develop multiple solutions.
  • Attention to detail.
