Key Responsibilities- Manage ongoing communication and professional relationships with local clients
- Ascertain specifications and evolving client requirements
- Proactively determine, manage, monitor and control scope of works
- Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and civil engineering work
- Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
- Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team
- Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers
- Bachelor to Masters' level degree (Civil Engineering)
- Chartered status with Engineers Australia (desirable)
- Excellent expertise in civil engineering and design documentation
- Solid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects
- High level of expertise in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects
- Strong project management skills, including managing civil engineering teams
- Adept in cross-discipline project delivery and an effective collaborator with all key engineering disciplines
