Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage projects from concept design to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and designers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and company performance.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth and innovation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in civil engineering, with a strong track record of project delivery and leadership.
- Excellent technical skills, with knowledge of applicable Australian standards, codes, and state requirements.
- Ability to obtain CP Eng and NT Registration as soon as eligible.
- Eligible to obtain Defence baseline security clearance.
