We are looking for a warm and welcoming individual to provide exceptional guest experiences at our hotel.

To make unforgettable memories, we seek someone who can anticipate every request, deliver seamless transactions, and offer expert local insights.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is fluent in the local language.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Kick off memorable guest experiences with a warm welcome
  • Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests personally or over the phone
  • Provide valet parking for guests checking in and out
  • Deliver luggage to guests' rooms efficiently
  • Be our guests' trusted contact, helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities
  • Fluency in the local language - additional language skills are a bonus but not essential
  • Literacy and basic computer skills to perform tasks efficiently
  • A valid full driver's license to park guests' cars safely
