Delivering exceptional guest experiences is at the core of our operations. We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Rooms & Guest Services team, responsible for processing guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing all guest transactions, securing payment, and activating/reissuing room keys.
  • Providing consistent outstanding guest experience in everything that you do.
  • Anticipating guests' service needs by asking questions and watching/listening to guest preferences.
  • Maintaining customer loyalty through innovative issue resolution and attention to detail.
  • Processing room service orders and answering menu selection questions.

Requirements for this role include:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience as a Guest Service Agent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to emotionally connect with guests and provide superior levels of service.
  • Conflict resolution experience.
  • Flexibility to work on a 24-hour rotating roster including public holidays and weekends.
