We are seeking a talented Guest Experience Host who will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

About the Role

As a Guest Experience Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and owners, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay. You will also be responsible for generating sales appointments for our sales centers and via livestream.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Meet with guests to discuss their vacation needs and preferences
  • Generate sales appointments for our sales centers and via livestream

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be confident in your ability to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service.
