Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who can deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests have a memorable stay.

The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for managing the needs of VIP and long-stay guests, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded. This will involve being the main point of contact for VIP guests, briefing hotel departments on their requirements, and providing timely and efficient support to guests with queries or complaints.

As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting guests in the lobby area
  • Serving as the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensuring hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements
  • Seeking verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and responding to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing, recording, and resolving promptly guest or customer complaints
  • Ensuring a very high level of customer service is constantly maintained across Reception, Lobby area, and Executive Lounge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous managerial experience in a hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
