About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Deputy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing your pipeline, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality, retail, and healthcare sectors.
- Manage your pipeline of leads and opportunities, working both inbound and outbound leads to fill your pipe.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, achieving and pushing past goals and quotas.
- 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment.
- Experience in sourcing, managing, and closing outbound leads.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Able to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
