About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Deputy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing your pipeline, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality, retail, and healthcare sectors.
  • Manage your pipeline of leads and opportunities, working both inbound and outbound leads to fill your pipe.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, achieving and pushing past goals and quotas.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment.
  • Experience in sourcing, managing, and closing outbound leads.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Able to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
